I am a time traveller, a cultural gypsy and a global nomad. I was born in Edinburgh, Scotland. That ' Wee Lassie' grew up to be fascinated by how she worked and what on earth she was here to do. And that's where it all started .....

I began taking yoga classes almost two decades ago because I felt lost and lonely in New York. That led to a teacher training under the wings of Alan Finger and ISHTA Yoga. Absolutely in love with and enthralled by a way of understanding myself and my body that finally made sense I was also shocked that, at almost 40 years old I had been living in it blindly and carelessly. I was also disconnected from my intuition and true capabilities. I began to dig deeper, into the healing arts....

Blending Ayurvedic knowledge with Yogic and hermetic teachings(from Heather and Wendy ), Polarity Energy Therapy has taught me there is a way to really appreciate our lives , even though they may be confusing and wrangled at times. There is a way to really fully embrace this life that we are born into with gratitude and awareness .

My signature course, Beautiful Alchemy ™ is a Wellness and Wisdom Course based on the daily habits from the Ayurveda and Yoga teachings. These 5,000 year old systems both claim that by building a "Dinacharya" (daily routine) that respects cosmic rhythms we will experience lives that are long, full and graceful.
